Your first visit will begin with paperwork. We will spend a few minutes going over your forms, recording your insurance details, and answering any questions you may have. Once we have completed this process we will begin a discussion in order to explore the reasons why you have chosen therapy and define your expectations. Communication is crucial to your success so feel free to ask any questions or request clarification. At the end of your session we will recap our session and make arrangements for your next meeting time.
