Job Description

Bassi Psychological Services is hiring licensed clinicians. 

Bassi Psychological Services is seeking part-time (15 clinical hours a week) and full-time (20+ clinical hours a week) LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist to join our therapy group practice in Hermosa Beach, California. 

Requirements

• Clinician must be licensed for 2+ years.
• Must be available one evening until 7 pm per week
• Clinician is on board with the insurance credentialing process taking 30-120 days.
• Ideal candidate will be willing to grow into a full-time position
• Must be a team player
• Have flexibility in scheduling
• Must be punctual, responsible and professional
• Applicants who have a separate private practice or are a part of another group practice are not a good fit.
• Ideal applicants have a history of long-term employment and not frequent job-hopping.
• Due to COVID, some sessions can be held via Telehealth, though some in-person sessions may be needed. This will depend on insurance providers’ willingness to cover Telehealth sessions and/or patient preferences. 

Skills

• To provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Experience with couple’s therapy is a plus
• Experience with group therapy is a plus
• Willingness to work with teens (13 years and up)
• Willingness to learn new therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Training will be provided
• Willingness to learn electronic charting

 Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services.
• Maintain office hours that are conducive to client needs.
• Maintain proper file documentation practices and electronic health records. Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours and no later than 72 hours of date of service.
• To be punctual to sessions with clients.

Benefits and Pay

• This position is a w-2 position, and does include paid sick time.
• Two-week vacation time will be provided to employees working full-time: average of 30 or more hours per week for one year.
• $300/annual credit towards continuing education after the first year of employment.
• Clinician will be credentialed with four insurance panels
• All insurance billing, charting, verification will be completed by the office.
• Clients will be provided for you.
• Malpractice/Liability insurance paid
• Weekly consultation and training is provided
• The hours are flexible and set by the clinicians
• Remote work option is available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary:

• Licensed Psychologist $65/hour
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/LSCW $55/hour.

Clinicians will have the opportunity to make $60k-$100K per year depending on licensure type and number of hours worked.
