Finding Support in Life’s Challenges
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. As an experienced and compassionate therapist, my goal is to offer you the support, guidance, and hope you need to move through life’s most difficult moments. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship struggles, parenting concerns, co-parenting challenges, or personal transitions, I am here to help you find a path toward healing and growth.
Having personally navigated significant life transitions-including marriage, divorce, raising children, experiencing empty nesting, the joy of grandchildren, and the profound loss of both parents to cancer and navigating the hospice experience-I understand the depth of grief and transformation. These experiences have shaped my professional practice, allowing me to provide clients with a unique, empathetic perspective on loss, healing, and personal growth.
Through both my personal and professional journey, I have developed a deep commitment to helping others heal. I believe that even in the most difficult times, healing is possible, and I am here to walk with you through the process, helping you rediscover your inner strength and resilience.
