Rachel Bogner
I am deeply moved with helping individuals find their voice again and have lasting meaning to rebuild their inner and outer world. I believe that everyone has a story to tell and deserves a space to unpack their journey in a safe therapeutic environment.
I have had the opportunity to work in mental health for the last decade in either inpatient hospitals or outpatient intensive programs where I worked with young children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. A big part of my experience, in the most recent years, has been educating individuals one on one and in group settings on developing healthier coping skills to manage the depths of their depression, anxiety, loss, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms.
Over the last 10 years, I have gained knowledge and experience in training and lectures utilizing the therapeutic modalities: CBT, DBT, grief and loss, and art therapy. I understand the big step to beginning therapy, and I am filled with gratitude to be a part of your journey
