I bring warmth, understanding, and experience to supporting people through life's challenges. I believe therapy work's best when it feels collaborative, practical, and down to earth.

My work focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress and the many periods of change that arise across our life stages - from childhood through adulthood and into later life. I draw from a broad background in human services and mental health, which allows me to understand not only individual struggles, bur also to the systems, resources and community supports that can foster meaningful change.

I take an effective and supportive approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, mindfulness and other evidence-based methods. Sessions are flexible and tailored to your individual needs, with an emphasis on collaboration, clarity and achievable goals.

Together, we can work to manage anxiety, ease stress, improve mood and navigate life's transitions, while building healthier ways to cope. This work is grounded in empathy, understanding and a steady focus on your personal goals.

My communication style is personable, approachable and grounded, balancing compassion with clarity and focus. I strive to create sessions that feel calm and supportive, where you can show up as you are without judgement.

I earned my master's degree from UCLA and have lived and worked int the South Bay for many years, valuing community connection, balance, and thoughtful care.
